In that course, participants will learn the unique coping skill and be encouraged to begin self-observation. Subsequent advanced workshops help to turbocharge participant’s lives, and are available on a number of topics. Dynamic Meditation is presented in both workshop and classroom formats, and the associated fees are customary for each type of session. Select insurance companies reimburse for Dynamic Meditation.
